I'll probably post the recipe sometime soon :) I make them with TVP (texturized vegetable protein), water, flaxseed, and herbs. Basically you just re-constitute the TVP and form it into balls. The flaxseed "egg" holds them together and the herbs provide flavor. I ate them with tomato paste because I didn't have any tomato sauce!
