Random Tip of the Week #2

To make your whole house smell good, bake a whole, unpeeled lemon in the oven with the oven door slightly open. This is a much better alternative to aerosol/chemical air fresheners.

You'll get a bit of extra heat, too!

      It smells delicious! My boyfriend thinks I should warn you not to leave the oven un-attended, so I am... but I'm sure you figured that out already :)

      I never would have thought of that. My dad taught me to clean windows with vinegar and newspapers - I guess it probably works the same way, with the acid cutting through the dirt :)
