The weather here is really great, I'm feeling good, and I'm looking forward to the next month!
I thought I'd share my daily goals for May:
- do 3 sets of 10 reps each of bicep curls, shoulder presses, and triceps extensions
- 100 each of crunches and side crunches
- drink a smoothie
- wear sunscreen
